James was born and raised in Burlingame, CA, a charming suburb of San Francisco. In 2003, he relocated to Honolulu, HI, to attend college, where he studied computer science. After graduating, he spent 10 years working as a Financial Analyst in the private sector.

Despite his successful career in finance, James has always had a passion for architecture and design. This led him to obtain his real estate license in 2014, with the goal of representing buyers and sellers of luxury properties. Since then, James has built a strong reputation in the Oahu real estate market.

His transactions range from luxury condos in Kakaako to beachfront homes in Kailua and the North Shore, as well as charming properties in the central Oahu community of Mililani and the gated Kipuka at Hoakalei in Ewa Beach. James is particularly dedicated to finding the ideal properties for his clients, including healthcare professionals and active-duty military personnel.

In his free time, James enjoys unwinding with his family, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
